Dr. Williams is a Board Certified General Surgeon and received his Medical Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He attended Graduate School at Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC and earned his Ph.D. in Physiology. He was involved in Cardiothoracic Surgery Research at Wake Forest University; completed an Internship and Residency in Surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina; and was Chief Resident during his final year of Residency.
