The Perry Auxiliary was founded in 1948 and has been committed to supporting Perry Memorial Hospital and its mission to providing compassionate, quality health services to the people and communities the Hospital serves.  The Auxiliary yearly provides over 40,000 hours of volunteer service and purchases thousands of dollars of equipment each year with proceeds from the Hospital Gift Shop, Annual Christmas Candy Cane House Bazaar, Tree of Lights Campaign, Book Fairs, Bake Sales and other projects.
