Applicant must have Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Human Resource Management; MBA and 5-years Human Resources management experience preferred. SPHR preferred or obtained within 3-years. Position requires critical and strategic thinking with sound decision making ability; expertise in wage and salary and benefit administration; organizational management; excellent interpersonal communication skills and leadership abilities necessary to direct activities throughout the organization. NON CLINICAL POSITIONS:

RECENTLY UPDATED! Food Service Worker: Dietary Department; 12 hours/week, and on an as needed basis. Varied hours, varied shifts, and includes weekends. Applicant preferred to have experience in quantity food preparation, cashiering and have Food Sanitation certificate.   Candidate should have good communications skills and ability to work independently.  CLINICAL POSITIONS

RECENTLY UPDATED! Registered Nurse: Family Acute Care Unit; Part time 32 hours/week 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm; and 24 hours/week 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am; rotating weekends. Applicant must possess Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; valid and current license with IDPR; and PALS preferred. Previous pediatric nursing preferred; one year acute care nursing experience preferred. Position requires ability to work independently; ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling; motor coordination to work with equipment.

NEW! Registered Nurse: Surgery Department (PACU/OR); 32 hours/week, days with rotating on call. Applicant must possess Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; valid and current license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations. Candidate required to have ACLS and PALS Certification. Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling, ability to understand oral/written instructions and motor coordination to work with equipment. 

Recently Updated! Registered Nurse: ICU; Part-time, 36 hours/week, multiple positions, 7pm to 7am., rotating weekends. Applicants must possess an Associate’s Degree in nursing, Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing preferred with one year previous acute care nursing experience also preferred. Candidate should have current and valid license with IDPH and ACLS and PALS is preferred and required after one year of employment. Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling, ability to understand oral/written instructions and motor coordination to work with equipment

 RN Coordinator:  Emergency Department:  Full time, days.  Applicant must have Diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; one year of previous experience in ED; current and valid license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation; current CPR, PALS, ACLS, TNCC or TNS, NRP and ECRN certifications preferred and required after one year of employment. Supervision experience preferred. Position requires critical decision making ability in emergency situations, excellent communication skills; ability to work independently; ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling; motor coordination to work with equipment.         

Clinic Nurse: Perry Memorial Family Health Clinic; Full time, days. Applicant must have diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing with valid and current license with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation and current CPR certification required. Candidate preferred to have three years physician office experience. ACLS and PALS also preferred. Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling and motor coordination to work with equipment.                                                                                                       

Registered Nurse: Emergency Department.  As-Needed PRN position.  Applicant must possess Diploma, Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in nursing; valid and current license with IDPR; current CPR, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP and ECRN preferred and required after one year of employment; one year of ED experience required. Candidate must possess basic computer skills, good interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently. Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling, ability to understand oral/written instructions and motor coordination to work with equipment.

Pharmacist:  Pharmacy Department.  Part-time, one weekend per month.  Applicant must be a graduate of an accredited pharmacy program and be licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation to practice pharmacy. Candidate will be required to have critical decision making ability in emergency situations; computer word-processing skills; good communications skills and the ability to work independently. Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling, and motor coordination to work with equipment.

 Speech-Language Therapist:  Rehabilitation Services; As-needed PRN position, possible Saturdays.  Graduate of an approved school of Speech Therapy; licenses or license eligible in the State of Illinois as required by law.  Good interpersonal communication skills; ability to work independently; ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling; motor coordination to work with equipment and understanding of rehabilitation and medical terminology. 

Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA):  Medical Rehabilitation Services.  As-needed PRN position.  Candidate must demonstrate competency in Occupational Therapy through previous work experience and/or student/clinical affiliations; maintenance of competency through active participation in continuing education courses; graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy or of OT Assistant; licensed.  Candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skills with understanding of rehabilitation and medical terminology and ability to work independently.  Position requires ability to use proper body mechanics when lifting, pushing and pulling, ability to understand oral/written instructions and motor coordination to work with equipment.
