Jennifer Heckroth, PTJennifer is a Licensed Physical Therapist and the Director of the Medical Rehabilitation Department at Perry. Jen has clinical experience in sports rehabilitation, general orthopedic rehabilitation, geriatric care, and manual therapy. |

Deb Austin, PTDeb is a licensed Physical Therapist. She has strong geriatric, orthopedic, and home health experience. |

Terri Youman, PTATerri is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, Specializing in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction and provides the Incontinence Therapy at PMH. She is experienced in Home Health and Outpatient Therapy. |

Aimee Kiesewetter, PTAAimee is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. She has practiced in acute and post acute care settings as well as in the outpatient area. Aimee’s main area of expertise is aquatic therapy. |

Jackie Johnson, OTR/LJackie is a Licensed Occupational Therapist, with experience in home health, acute care, outpatient rehabilitation, and hand therapy. Jackie also has experience in functional capacity assesments, ergonomic assesments, splinting, and lymphedema management. |

Jereen Mercer, COTAJereen is a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. She has practiced occupational therapy in various OT settings, including home health, outpatient, acute hosptial rehabilitation, pediatrics in school systems, and long term care.
Jereen is also our Tai Chi instructor. |

Laura DePauw, Rehab TechLaura is a Rehab Technician. She assists licensed therapists in executing the plan of care. She also assists in daily operations of the department. Laura started her career at Perry as a CNA before joining the rehab team in 2002. |
