Emergency Medical Responder – First Responder Course

Perry Memorial Hospital has applied for an IDPH approved 40+-hour Emergency Medical Responder course to begin on Thursday, September 27, 2012.  Classes will continue until October 14, 2012 ending with the certification exam.    All candidates must hold a high school diploma or have a high school equivalency certificate and be eighteen years of age or older.  Those interested should complete and return the registration form to me prior to the registration deadline.

 A minimum of ten (10) students is required to begin the class.   Class size is limited to 25.  Early registration is encouraged.

For currently licensed FR’s who would like to sit in on classes for continuing education hours,  hour for hour CEU’S will be applied.

Cost:
Members of OSF Northern Illinois EMS will be charged $225.  Non-members of OSF Northern Illinois EMS or non-affiliated individuals taking the course will be required to pay a fee of $275.
